AXDRAFT Inc., including its subsidiaries AXDRAFT LLC, reg. number 41174374 (Ukraine) and AXDRAFT SIA, reg. number 40203172023 (Latvia) (the “Company”, “AXDRAFT”, “we”, “our” or “us”) provides a document automation solution through the document-generation web platform (the “Platform”) for faster drafting of documents. The Company transforms your templates into simple Q&A forms, which you may use to draft documents in compliance with your requirements. There is no need to download AXDRAFT software on your computer.
PERSONAL DATA: data about a living individual who can be identified from those data (or from those and other information either in our possession or likely into our possession).
USAGE DATA: data collected automatically either generated by the use of the Platform or from the Platform itself (e.g., the duration of a page visit).
COOKIES: small pieces of data stored on a User’s device (either desktop or mobile).
DATA PROCESSOR (SERVICE PROVIDERS): any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Data Controller. We may use the services of various Service Providers in order to process your data more effectively.
DATA SUBJECT: any living individual who is the subject of Personal Data.
USER: any individual using our Platform. The User corresponds to Data Subject, who is the subject of Personal Data.
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve the Platform and our services.
Types of Data Collected
While using the Platform, we may ask you to provide us with the certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact you or identify you, such as Name and Surname, Email address, Address, Company's name, Cookies and Usage Data.
We may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletter, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest of you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
While using the Platform, we may also collect information how the Platform is accessed and used. This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Platform that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
While using the Platform, we may also collect the following information: sex, age, date of birth, place of birth, passport details, citizenship, registration at place of residence and actual address, telephone number (work, mobile), details of documents on education, qualification, professional training, employment agreements, non-disclosure agreements, information on bonuses and compensation, information on marital status, family members, social security (or other taxpayer identification) number, office location, information about the User’s behaviour within the Platform, amount of time spent by User for the preparation of documents in the Program, information about the type of documents drafted by User, the content upload by you for automation to the Platform and other your personal data and persons, whose details the User enters into the Program.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. BUT REMEMBER THAT NO METHOD OF TRANSMISSION OVER THE INTERNET, OR METHOD OF ELECTRONIC STORAGE IS 100% SECURE. WHILE WE STRIVE TO DO OUR BEST TO PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ITS ABSOLUTE SECURITY.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where you have chosen a password for access to the Platform, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone and be careful about giving out information in public areas of the Platform. ANY TRANSMISSION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CIRCUMVENTION OF ANY PRIVACY SETTINGS OR SECURITY MEASURES CONTAINED ON THE PLATFORM.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights. We aim to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.

We may use third-party service platform to monitor and analyze the use of our Platform.
We provide paid services within the Platform. For this purpose, we use third-party services for payments processing.
Our Platform does not address anyone under the age of 18 (the “Children”).
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
